EA Sports FC 26 – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the purchase, redemption, and use of EA Sports FC 26 gift cards. These gift cards are issued under the authority of Electronic Arts and are subject to all applicable platform, publisher, and in-game policies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, redeeming, or using this gift card, you agree to these T&C. Redemption also requires compliance with Electronic Arts’ User Agreement and EA Sports FC policies.

3. Eligibility

4. Gift Card Value and Expiry

• Once redeemed, all digital content or currency is:
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash or credit

6. Refunds and Cancellations

All purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once issued. For technical issues during redemption, users must contact EA Support with complete transaction details.

7. Fraud and Unauthorized Use

Gift cards that are lost, stolen, altered, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorized means may be suspended or voided without notice. Electronic Arts reserves the right to take appropriate action in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, game content, logos, and associated assets are the property of Electronic Arts and its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability Limitation

Gift cards are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Electronic Arts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from usage or inability to use the gift card.

10. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws applicable to Electronic Arts’ operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the same.

11. Updates to Terms

Electronic Arts reserves the right to modify or update these T&C at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
