Go to FirstCry.com and select the items you want to purchase.
Add products to the cart
On the Cart page you will find two options 1- Coupon 2- Gift Certificate
Choose the Gift Certificate option and Enter your 14-digit Card Number in the field given and click on apply button.
You will get Gift Certificate applied option.
The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
Pay any balance amount using available payment modes.
Offline Store Redemption:
Visit a FirstCry store.
Inform the cashier about your Gift Card.
Share the Gift Card code.
The cashier will redeem the Gift Card through the store billing system.
