• Customers who fail to enter the coupon code or using the wrong coupon code shall not be eligible to avail the Offer. Qwikcilver shall, in no way be liable in the event that the Customer fails to enter the promo code or uses the wrong coupon code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer.

• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.

How to redeem the activation code?

• Download HealthifyMe App from the Google Play Store for Android and App Store for IOS
• Register on HealthifyMe by entering Email id/ Phone Number
• Fill in details like Name, Phone Number, Weight, Height, Pre conditions if any, Activity Level
• Enter First Meal and proceed. Optional*
• Click on the “more” option in the bottom console. Look for “Activate Plan” and click to add the code.
• Enter the Unique Activation Code which you have received from Qwikcilver and click “submit”.
• Your plan will automatically be activated.
