Sign in with OTP at www.jockey.in or the Jockey App.
Add your preferred items to the shopping cart.
pen the cart drawer and click on “Add Gift Card / Voucher” (if not already added to Jockey credit).
Enter your Gift Card or Voucher number.
Complete the Captcha verification and accept “Terms and conditions of Jockey Credit”. Click “Apply” to add the balance to your Jockey credit
Once added, view your available Jockey credit balance in the cart drawer under Available Credits.
Select the amount you wish to redeem from your Jockey credit balance. The redemption amount cannot exceed the cart value.
Click Redeem & Confirm to apply the Jockey credits balance to your cart.
Click Place Order and proceed to checkout.
Enter your delivery address and select your preferred payment method.
If the purchase value exceeds the available Jockey credits balance, the remaining amount must be paid using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or any other digital payment methods available on the platform.
Complete the payment to successfully place the order
